If your possessions include antiques or other high-end furnishings / electronics, you may be more comfortable with more extensive liability coverage.
If you have a homeowners or renters insurance policy (home & contents insurance), you can check with your insurance provider to see if your property is covered while in transit.
As we are not a registered insurance agent we are unable to accept any responsibility for damage to your property, unfortunately this is the law.
Our Trucks carry Transit insurance, this covers your items in extreme situations.
This coverage, fully explained in the "Your Rights and Responsibilities When You Move" brochure which we will provide when we meet with you to perform the on-site estimate, is designed to cover the mover’s basic liability and obviously does not provide you with substantial protection. Though we assure you that we take the utmost care with possesions.
